Mangled noses have been turning up all over Lismore and the inhabitants are scared. Ten murders in ten weeks, all committed with a Batarang, and still nobody has a clue who the idiotic killer is.
Sister Enid Chumley is an awkward and cautious Muggle Studies teacher with a fondness for cheese. She doesn't know it yet but she is the only one who can stop the ugly killer.
When her friend, Cynthia Allright, is kidnapped, Sister Chumley finds herself thrown into the centre of the investigation. His only clue is a demented Great Ring of Sauron.
She enlists the help of a prudent Minister of Magic called "Bozzo" Jabez.
Can Jabez help Chumley overcome her Turkish Delight addiction and find the answers before the fascistic killer and his deadly Batarang strike again?
