The Sun that Shone like Loving Corgis

A Short Story
by SIGMA-FA

Shand the Mand looked at the stripy piano in his hands and felt angry.

He walked over to the window and reflected on his ramblomatic surroundings. He had always loved fully The Con with its blue-eyed, beautiful booths. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel angry.

Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Elizabeth Maxwell. Elizabeth was a remarkable angel with fluffy hair and curvaceous eyes.

Shand gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a remarkable, grateful, double dewars on the rocks drinker with beautiful hair and shining eyes. His friends saw him as a grisly, grim god. Once, he had even helped a ripe Shand's heart cross the road.

But not even a remarkable person who had once helped a ripe Shand's heart cross the road, was prepared for what Elizabeth had in store today.

The sun shone like loving corgis, making Shand hungry.

As Shand stepped outside and Elizabeth came closer, he could see the dripping glint in her eye.

Elizabeth gazed with the affection of 3961 optimistic powerful pumas. She said, in hushed tones, "I love you and I want good genetics and stable employment."

Shand looked back, even more hungry and still fingering the stripy piano. "Elizabeth, your hair looks very... pretty," he replied.

They looked at each other with disappointed feelings, like two courageous, concerned changyuraptors laughing at a very admirable a Con, which had eclectic music playing in the background and two understanding uncles jiggling to the beat.

Suddenly, Elizabeth lunged forward and tried to punch Shand in the face. Quickly, Shand grabbed the stripy piano and brought it down on Elizabeth's skull.

Elizabeth's fluffy hair trembled and her curvaceous eyes wobbled. She looked sad, her emotions raw like a solid, silly stack of WPW responses.

Then she let out an agonising groan and collapsed onto the ground. Moments later Elizabeth Maxwell was dead.

Shand the Mand went back inside and made himself a nice drink of double dewars on the rocks.
