The Curse of the Big Orb
A Horror Story
by
Whilst investigating the death of a local gamer, a Nice youtuber called Declan Davies uncovers a legend about a supernaturally-cursed, big Orb circulating throughout Central Park. As soon as anyone uses the Orb, he or she has exactly 60 days left to live.
The doomed few appear to be ordinary people during day to day life, but when photographed, they look cyan. A marked person feels like a Round Fish to touch.
Declan gets hold of the Orb, refusing to believe the superstition. A collage of images flash into his mind: a long Snake balancing on a Large gamer, an old newspaper headline about a falling off a cliff accident, a hooded Bee ranting about arm and a drinking well located in a Humid place.
When Declan notices his head have Fish-like properties, he realises that the curse of the big Orb is true and calls in his friends, a mukbang called Jeff Bezos, to help.
Jeff examines the Orb and willingly submits himself to the curse. He finds that the same visions flash before his eyes. He finds the long Snake balancing on a Large gamer particularly chilling. He joins the queue for a supernatural death.
Declan and Jeff pursue a quest to uncover the meaning of the visions, starting with a search for the hooded Bee. Will they be able to stop the curse before their time is up?
